To Our Valued Clients

TO OUR VALUED CLIENTS OF

Sage Creek Animal Hospital

Animal Hospital

With regards to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are taking every precaution necessary to protect our staff, our clients, and everyone in our community from the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

The following changes are being implemented as of December 27, 2021, in the clinic to help protect our staff, our clients, and everyone else around us:

1) For any exam with a veterinarian, please stay in your vehicle and call the clinic when you arrive at 204-255-1150. You will speak with a Vet Tech or the Veterinarian regarding the reason for your pets visit and relevant medical questions. We will then ask you to meet a staff member at the front door with your pet. You will return to your vehicle and await the Veterinarians call while your pet is brought inside.

2) For appointments with a technician, such as nail trims, anal gland expressions, or blood work, these will also to be done curbside. For these appointments, please give us a call when you arrive from the parking lot, and we will bring your pet into the building while you remain in the vehicle.

3) If you need to pick up prescriptions, pet food, or any other supplies, we ask that you make your payment over the phone by VISA, Mastercard, or AMEX. If you need to use your Debit card, we will be able to bring a terminal to the door for payment. When you arrive in the parking lot, please call the clinic at 204-255-1150 and we will meet you at the front door with your purchase.

4) We ask that you call ahead to pre-order any food and prescriptions so that we can make sure that we have everything you need in stock.

We are doing our best at staying on top of the latest developments being released and sanitizing the clinic regularly to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus. If you have any questions or concerns, give us a call at 204-255-1150 and we will answer to the best of our ability. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, however, please be patient as we are trying our best to work with you and the health of your pets. We hope that everyone stays safe and healthy
