Small Animal Veterinarian

Sage Creek Animal Hospital is searching for a full-time small animal veterinarian to join our expanding team. We require a veterinarian with self-assurance in surgical and medical abilities while operating with minimal supervision. A minimum of three years of experience working in a small animal practice is a prerequisite for the successful applicant.

Our practice boasts an outstanding work environment and exceptional support staff comprising two veterinarians, five veterinary office assistants (VOAs), and five registered veterinary technicians (RVTs). Our facility is fully computerized and outfitted with digital radiography, digital dental radiography, an in-house lab, and a dental ward.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting veterinarians with appointments, diagnostics, and treatment plans
• Monitoring anesthesia and assisting with surgical procedures
• Performing dental prophylaxis and taking digital dental radiographs
• Collecting and processing laboratory samples
• Providing compassionate nursing care to hospitalized patients
• Educating clients on preventative medicine, nutrition, and home care
• Working collaboratively with our veterinarians, RVTs, and client care team to provide the highest standard of care
